LASAGNA ROLLS 
12-15 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) jar chopped mushrooms
2 c. Ricotta cheese
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles as on package; drain. Brown beef and onions in skillet; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and mushrooms. Heat to boiling. Pour sauce mix into ungreased rectangular dish.

Mix Ricotta cheese and broccoli in bowl. Lay noodle flat and spread 3 tablespoons of mixture across it. Cut strip of cheese and place on top of mixture. Roll up and cut in half. Place rolls, cut side down, in pan over sauce mix. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top.
