2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 lg. orange (reserve juice for top)
Grind orange rind and pulp with 1 c. raisins and 1 c. milk

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Drip orange juice (about 1/3 cup) over warm cake. Sprinkle with topping.
