BRUNCH FRENCH TOAST 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
Salt (optional)
4 slices bread
Cream cheese
Pineapple ice cream topping

Beat the eggs and milk; set aside. Spread 2 slices of bread with cream cheese and pineapple. Top with remaining slices of bread. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture and fry on each side until golden brown. (This is also a good recipe to use in a "sandwich maker".)

Other flavors and preserves work well, also.
