SALMON LOAF 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
3 slices bread, torn in pieces
1/3 c. finely minced onion
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Drain salmon, save 2 tablespoons liquid. Flake salmon. Combine all ingredients. Place in well greased loaf pan, 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2". Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
