SALMON LOAF 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained, reserve liquid
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
Liquid from salmon plus enough milk to make 1 cup

Flake salmon with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and combine lightly. Turn into greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees about 40 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Serves 6.
