PUMPKIN PIE 
1 1/2 c. pumpkin (fresh)
pinch of salt
1 egg
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in a little milk
1 c. milk

Mix all together and pour into pie crust.

Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes and reduce heat to 400°F until pumpkin is set.
