POMEROY HOUSE SALAD 
1 head lettuce
12 oz. spinach
1 sm. head red cabbage, shredded
1 (12 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
12 strawberries, quartered
1/2 red onion, sliced thin

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 c. oil
1/3 c. honey
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

Combine in jar - shake well. Best made a day ahead so flavours can blend.
