BEEF VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. Hamburger Helper beef noodle
5 c. water
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes with liquid
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in Dutch oven until brown. Stir in sauce mix, water, bay leaf, salt, pepper and tomatoes. Break up tomatoes with fork. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in noodles and vegetables. Cover and cook 1 minutes longer.
