STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
20 med. mushrooms
1/3 c. chopped stems
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper

Wash and dry mushroom caps. Brown stems and onions in butter slowly for 5 minutes. Combine with rest of ingredients and stuff mushroom caps. Place on cookie sheet and broil for 5 to 10 minutes.
