BOK CHOY SALAD 
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. Japanese vinegar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 head bok choy
2 tbsp. slivered almonds
2 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. white sesame seeds
1/2 lb. sliced, fresh mushrooms
1/2 pkg. Ramen noodles, broken

Mix thoroughly first 5 ingredients and pour over remaining ingredients.
