HAMBURGER PIE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 lb. ground beef or ground chicken
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 c. chopped parsley or chives
2/3 c. milk
2 c. biscuit mix
1 tsp. salt

Cook onion and pepper in melted butter. Add meat and cook until browned. Add 1 can of tomato soup and 1 tsp. of salt.

Combine 2 cups of biscuit mix and parsley. Add 2/3 cup milk and mix lightly. Turn out on lightly floured board and knead for about 20 seconds.
