1 (6 oz.) pkg. Zwieback 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 c. soft butter 4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. grated lemon 1 tsp. grated orange 6 eggs 1 c. sour cream Any fresh fruit or pie filling to top (Graham cracker crust can be used) Crush Zwieback and blend all ingredients for crust. Press into 9 inch spring form pan. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. To soft cheese, add sugar, 1/4 cup at a time. Beat well. Add flour, lemon juice, lemon and orange peel. Beat well until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time and beat each one in well. Lightly beat in sour cream. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees, 1 hour and 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Turn off oven and leave 30 minutes. Cool 3 hours, top and serve. |
