BEEF-A-LA-RUSSE 
2 lbs. round steak
1/3 c. onion
3-4 cloves garlic
2 c. beef bouillon
1 lg. can mushrooms, including juice
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. water

Partially freeze steak and then cut into 1 inch cubes. Brown in oil with onions and garlic which have been finely chopped. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 2 hours or until meat is tender. Slightly thicken with flour and water mixture. Serve as main course or over cooked noodles.
