BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 bell pepper
1 large onion
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped ham
1 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Sauté peppers in butter. Mix in cooked broccoli, cheese, 1 c. of the bread crumbs, eggs and salt. Put into greased baking dish, then add mushroom soup and bake at 350°F until bubbly. Add the remaining bread crumbs to the top and brown.
