SCOTCH A RUES 
1 c. white sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Melt the first 3 ingredients in pan. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies. Spread out in cake pan.

Melt the chips in double boiler and spread over top of cooled bars.
