RECOB'S POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 cooked, peeled, diced potatoes
1/2 lb. strip cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
1/2 lb. partially fried bacon
1/4 c. sliced olives
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine first 3 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
