THREE BEAN SALAD 
2/3 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. salad oil
1 sm. onion, sliced thin
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. celery
2 c. canned green beans
2 c. canned wax beans
2 c. canned kidney beans

In a large bowl, mix vinegar and sugar until dissolved. Add salt, pepper, parsley and paprika. Mix in oil. Chop green pepper and celery into small pieces. Add onion, green pepper and celery to bowl and stir well. Drain green beans and yellow (wax) beans. Wash and drain kidney beans. Add each type of bean to bowl, mixing well after each. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Drain before serving.
