SAUSAGE RUM DELIGHT 
1 lb. pork link sausage
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. rum

Cut sausage in 1 inch pieces. Brown over medium heat and pour off fat in pan. Mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, catsup and prepared mustard. Pour over sausage. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Add rum and mix well, stirring sauce from bottom of pan. Serve in a crock pot or hot plate with toothpicks. You may want to double or triple this recipe, they're a big hit!
