1 lb. ground meat 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 can cream style corn 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. grated cheese 8 oz. pkg. noodles 1 clove garlic Salt & pepper to taste Brown the meat until redness is out. Add chopped onions and garlic. Saute until tender. Add rest of ingredients except noodles and cheese, simmer about 10 minutes. Cook noodles and drain. Pour drained noodles into mixture. Stir well. Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes. |
