SOUR CREAM BISCUITS 
1 c. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. sour cream

Stir all ingredients until just moist. Turn out on lightly floured board and knead slightly until mixture holds together without being wet. Flatten down to desired thickness. Cut out (soup-can size makes about six large biscuits). Put on lightly greased sheet and bake at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes.
