HOLIDAY SALAD | |
2 eggs, beaten 4 tbsp. vinegar 4 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. butter 1 can drained fruit cocktail 2 c. drained pineapple chunks 2 c. orange sections, bite sized 2 c. sm. marshmallows 1 c. whipping cream, whipped Cook eggs, vinegar and sugar in a double boiler. Beat constantly until smooth and thick. Remove from heat, add butter and cool. Fold in the whipped cream and fruit mixture. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. |
