VENISON OR MOOSE CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. Venison or Moose meat 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix Put meat into casserole, spread cream of mushroom soup over meat and sprinkle dry onion soup over meat and sprinkle dry onion soup mix over all. Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. This makes it's own gravy and no other seasonings are necessary. |
