EGG CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1 c. milk

Place first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl, blend. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix thoroughly at medium speed with electric mixer. Gradually blend in the milk. Pour mixture into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Cook in 325 degree oven (preheated) until filling is firm. (Sprinkle nutmeg on top before baking.)
