MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. jar marshmallow cream
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. nuts

Cream sugar, eggs, cocoa, butter and vanilla. Add flour and coconut alternately, then nuts. Bake in 11x13 inch pan 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and immediately top with marshmallow cream. Let cool and spread with icing.

ICING:

Combine 1 box powdered sugar, 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup canned milk, 1/3 cup cocoa and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
