BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. beef sirloin
2 sm. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. butter
2 lg. cans mushrooms
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt, pepper, garlic salt
1 c. fresh cream

Brown beef and green pepper together in butter. Let simmer until meat is tender. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Add mushrooms to beef. Take out 1 cup of juice for thickening. Add to meat, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and spices. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil one minute. Stir in cream, thicken reserved juice with flour and add. Serve over noodles.
