4 LAYER STACK CAKE 
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine
1 1/2 sticks butter, meltedc. flour

Mix together and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes and cool.

LAYER 2:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix together and put on above layer.

LAYER 3:
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant pudding, vanilla
3 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and put on above layer.

LAYER 4:

Top with Cool Whip, 1 cup nuts - chopped and graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
