1 pkg. Oreo cookies
Butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
Cool Whip
Chopped nuts
Fudge mix

First Layer: Crumble Oreo cookies, mix with melted butter. Press into rectangular pan. Freeze while ice cream is thawing.

Second Layer: 1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream.

Third Layer: Fudge mix.

Fourth Layer: Cool Whip and chopped nuts.

Fudge Mix:

Combine:

1 can Eagle Brand Condensed milk
1 can Hershey's syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 stick butter

Bring to boil, stir. Refrigerate to cool before pouring on top of ice cream. Freeze. Cut into squares.
