BURRITOS 
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Warm water
3 tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. salt

Add enough warm water to make a playable dough. Pinch off dough the size of a walnut. Roll out thin on a floured board. Brown on griddle about 1/2 minute on each side. 1 can refried beans 2 c. shredded cheese Taco sauce

Add a large spoonful of fried hamburger, small amount of cheese, and beans to the center of the burrito; roll and secure with a toothpick. Deep fat fry until golden brown. Drain on toweling.
