MULTI-GRAIN PANCAKES 
2 c. Doughboy multi-grain baking mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Heat skillet or griddle to 375°F. Grease lightly with oil. Dip measuring cup into baking mix; level off. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until large lumps disappear. To form pancakes, pour about 1/4 cup batter into hot skillet. Turn pancakes when edges look cooked and bubbles begin break on surface.

Makes 12 (4-inch) pancakes.

1 pancake = 130 calories, 6 grams fat, 37 mg. cholesterol, 170 mg. sodium.
