1 lb. box powdered sugar 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla 12 oz. jar crunchy peanut butter 1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips and 1/2 sq. paraffin (OR 1 pkg. candiquik) Mix together first 4 ingredients and chill in refrigerator. Roll into 1 inch balls. Melt chips and paraffin OR candiquik over low heat. Dip balls in melted chocolate using a toothpick. Place on waxed paper to cool. |
