CHOCOLATE BUTTER FUDGE | |
3 c. white sugar 1 env. unflavored gelatin 1 c. milk 1/2 c. lite syrup (white) 3 sq. chocolate (1 oz. sq.) 1 1/4 c. butter 1 c. walnuts (optional) 2 tsp. vanilla Butter 9 inch square pan. Mix sugar and dry gelatin in a saucepan. Add milk, syrup, chocolate and butter. Cook over medium heat, stir often. Cook until candy forms soft ball or 238 degrees. Remove from heat. Let sit 15 minutes. Add nuts last. This is a real creamy fudge recipe. |
