PERSIMMON BARS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. persimmon pulp
1 c. nuts

Combine first 5 ingredients. Set aside. In separate bowl, combine sugar, oil, eggs and pulp. Stir in flour mixture; beat well. Add nuts. Pour into large, greased cake pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Good with or without icing.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Mix well. Spread on cooled persimmon bars.
