PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. Karo syrup, dark or light
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 (9-inch) pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together first 5 ingredients until well blended. Pour pecans into unbaked pie shell. Pour filling on top of pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Serves 8.
