HAM ROLLS 
1 pkg. med. sliced, cooked ham
1 pkg. cream cheese with chives or add your own
1 tsp. butter
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Pickle spears (optional)
Ritz crackers

In a medium mixing bowl, mix softened cream cheese and chives and butter. It will be easier to mix with a fork. Then add the cheese blending well. Lay out a piece of ham. Dry off ham with a paper towel on both sides. Spread cream cheese mixture on one side evenly and not too thick. Then if you would like to put a pickle in end and roll up ham tightly. Or roll up without a pickle. Continue until ham and cream cheese mixture are gone. Cut into 1/4 inch slices and place on Ritz crackers or eat alone.
