HAM ROLL-UPS 
1 pkg. cooked ham (rectangle pkg., 6 slices)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/8 c. onion
1 jar bread and butter pickles (spears), drained

Spread cream cheese on slice of ham. Sprinkle cream cheese with onion. Cut one pickle spear lengthwise. Lay pickles, ends touching on edge of long side of ham piece. Carefully roll up ham from pickle end, until complete roll is made.

When you have completed rolls, put in freezer until firm. Remove from freezer and slice roll-ups. You will get 5 or 6 ham roll-ups from each roll. Refrigerate. You may also try this with asparagus instead of pickles.
