Med. size sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
Cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 pie crusts
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Nutmeg
1/2 c. buttermilk

Cook sweet potatoes until done. Add all ingredients together at once in large mixing bowl, beating until thoroughly blended. Pour batter into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees until crust and pie is brown on top. You may also sprinkle cinnamon on top of pie prior to baking.
