MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
6 qt. popped corn
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda

Pop enough pop corn to produce 6 quarts of popped corn. Place popped corn in large brown paper grocery bag. In 2 quart microwave casserole melt butter about 30 seconds on high. Stir in brown sugar and syrup. Microwave 4 minutes on high. Stir until foam is gone. Microwave 2 minutes more on high. Add baking soda and stir. Pour cooked mixture over popcorn in bag. Roll down top of bag and shake to coat popcorn. Put bag in microwave and cook for 1 minute on high. Take bag out and shake again (hard). Microwave 2 minutes more on high. Shake again. Pour out on waxed paper to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
