PEACH COBBLER 
Dough:

2 cups biscuit mix
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. sugar

Filling:

3 cups peaches, peeled, sliced
2/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon, divided
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Mix filling ingredients in pot; place on medium heat and allow to boil. Put hot fruit in bottom of buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Dot with 1 tbsp. butter.

Mix dough ingredients in separate bowl; form into boll. Roll out dough. Cover filling with rolled dough. Dot dough with butter and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

Bake 30 minutes at 425°F.

Variation: Apples, pears and plums may also be used with this recipe.
