CHOCOLATE CARAMEL CAKE 
1 Devils food cake mix (prepare as on box)
32 caramels
1 can sweetened condensed milk

FROSTING:

8 oz. Cool Whip
1 sm. box vanilla pudding
1/2 c. milk

Prepare cake mix with directions on box. Pour 1/2 cake mix in 13x9 pan. Bake for 20 minutes.

Combine 32 caramels and 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Melt until smooth. Spread caramel mix over cake. Spread remaining cake mix over caramel. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Combine frosting ingredients together and spread on cooled cake.
