TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
2 tomatoes, sliced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped, drained
3 eggs
1 c. Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 inch quiche dish. Cook beef and onion until beef is brown, drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in quiche dish. Sprinkle with chilies. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour in quiche dish. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer. Cook 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce if desired.
