SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
Drain and wash with cold water 3 or 4 times one quart jar of sauerkraut.

1 c. chopped celery
1 diced green mango
1 diced sweet onion
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar

Combine all together and MAKE DAY BEFORE SERVING.
