CRAB CAKES 
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. finely crushed saltines
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. white pepper
2 tbsp. Old Bay
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash

Combine all ingredients, except crabmeat. Remove shells, etc. from crabmeat. Combine mixture and crabmeat. Form mixture into ball, about 1/3 cup for each ball. Cover well and chill at least 30 minutes.

To cook: Use about 3 tablespoons vegetable oil. Heat to medium, add balls and cook until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve.
