RHUBARB PIE 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
4 c. chopped, raw rhubarb
1 tbsp. cinnamon

GLAZE:

1 1/4 c. white sugar
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Make crust mixture by combining ingredients and mixing well. Press 1/2 of crust mixture into 9 inch pie pan. Put in rhubarb on crust. Sprinkle cinnamon over rhubarb. Cook glaze ingredients on stove. Add vanilla to glaze after other ingredients turn clear. Remove from stove and pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle remainder of crust mixture over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
