CRABMEAT SNUG HARBOR 
1/2 c. medium white sauce
3 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. cubed bread
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of white pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 lb. lump crabmeat, or equal amount of canned crab

Blend white sauce, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and white pepper. Put the butter in a saucepan and melt over low heat. Add crabmeat and saute for 1 minute. Add bread cubes and then the sauce mixture and turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Brown in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes.
