SALMON CAKES 
1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
Garlic to taste
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. crushed crackers

Drain salmon. Add onion, salt, garlic and lemon pepper. Beat in egg. Add ketchup and mustard. Mix well. Add crackers and mix. Shape mixture into patties. Fry in oil until brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels. Makes 4 to 6 patties.
