CHICKEN BAKE 
3 or 4 whole chicken breasts
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 (15 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
3 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place washed chicken in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Dilute soup in water and stir until dissolved. Pour over chicken. Place tomatoes and mushrooms on top of chicken. Place bay leaves on liquid. Sprinkle oregano over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered, basting occasionally. Serve with rice.
