CHILI CHEESE LOG 
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack, shredded
1 tbsp. onion, minced
6 pimento-stuffed olives, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs, finely crushed
2 tbsp. chili powder

Combine cheese, onion, olives and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add 2 tablespoons cracker crumbs and blend well. Form mixture into a 6-inch roll. Mix chili powder and remaining cracker crumbs. Roll log in chili mixture until thoroughly coated. Serve with crackers.
