CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Cheese topping (below)
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chili sauce

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pastry. In skillet brown ground beef. Drain fat and stir in salt, oregano, pepper, crumbs, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, onion, and green pepper. Pour into crust and spread cheese topping over filling. Bake 30 minutes. Serve with chili sauce.

CHEESE SAUCE:

1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Beat egg and milk and stir in remaining ingredients.
