HAM WITH ONION SAUCE 
6 slices fully cooked boneless ham, cut 1/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour

In large skillet, cook ham in hot oil about 5 minutes per side. Remove to platter, keep warm. Add coffee crystals and 1 cup water to skillet drippings. Broil to boil, scraping up any brown bits. Add onion and Worcestershire.

Blend flour into 2 tablespoons cold water, add to skillet juices. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Spoon gravy of ham slices.
