SMOKY MICRO NUTS 
1 c. hazelnuts
1 1/2 c. almonds
1 1/2 c. English walnuts
1 1/2 c. pecans
5 tbsp. salt
2 oz. liquid smoke (Wrights, Reese, etc.)
2 c. warm water

Dissolve salt in water and liquid smoke mixture. Place nuts in shallow glass baking dish and pour water, smoke, salt mixture over. Wet thoroughly and soak 1 hour, stir occasionally.

Drain liquids from foul smelling, salty, nasty looking nuts and air dry for 1 hour. Microwave 13 minutes on high, stirring after 8 minutes and every 2 minutes thereafter.

Remove and let cool completely before placing in closed container. Adjust cooking time proportionally if amounts are reduced or increased.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
